Return Policy:
We here at Robb's Boulder Music want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we'll give you a full refund* within 14 days of receipt.

Exceptions
We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Strings, Pickups, Earplugs, Drum Sticks
- Microphones, Harmonicas, Flutes, Recorders, Digeridoos
- Software or any Interface Devices that include Software
- Blowout Sale Items (such items will be clearly marked)
(Defective products on this list can be exchanged for the exact same product, free of charge.)
Condition of Return and Shipping Charges
Refunds do not include shipping and/or handling charges. Customers are responsible for both initial and return shipping costs. If an item qualified for free shipping, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase. Returns must come back in the same condition as sold, including all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Any documents included with the product must be untouched and free of any writing. Items not returned in such condition are subject to a 15% repackaging fee, plus the cost of missing accessories/documents.
Refund Charges
Once we receive a return it will be inspected and a return value will be assessed. Refunds will be charged back to the card used at the time of purcahse. We are unable to refund on any other card. If a prepay visa/mastercard was used and we are unable to credit the card, a check will be issued and sent to the shipping address on file.
